pRENATAL Pilates (Group Class)

Enjoy this Prenatal Pilates class with other expecting mommas-to-be. This 60 minute group class is designed to meet the ever changing demands of the pregnant person. Use the reformer, chair, springboard, and many props to both strengthen and support your body as you navigate this unique time. This class is open to all stages of pregnancy, and those in the “4th trimester.”


pRENATAL PRIVATE INSTRUCTION

Prenatal Pilates is a wonderful way to connect and tone your body throughout pregnancy. Our certified prenatal instructors, will design safe and effective training programs to meet your special needs throughout the changing phases of each trimester. At the Breathing Room, we care about your prenatal health and believe that pilates is one of the most beneficial things you can do for yourself during pregnancy.


I worked with Hadley throughout my pregnancy and have nothing but positive things about the prenatal Pilates program she tailored for me! During every stage of my pregnancy, she educated me on the changes happening to my body, what movements to focus on, and stretches I can do at home. pOSTPARTUM Renewal series

If you’ve recently welcomed a baby into the world, we highly recommend investing in your postnatal recovery. Postnatal Pilates helps: Recover strength and stability in the body, find relief for lower back, hip, and S.I joint pain, promote C-Section recovery, rehabilitate diastasis recti, pelvic floor support and more. The special priced package consists of 4 one-on-one instruction with Postpartum Exercise Specialist, Hadley Corpus to address your individual needs and prepare you for regular group classes.

To guide you and your baby safely through pregnancy, we have the following policies in place:

 From your second trimester, onwards (from week 13), you are permitted to join ONLY Prenatal classes, or prenatal privates

You must have received verbal permission from your obstetrician, GP, or midwife prior to commencing Pilates or attending regular group classes. We highly recommend scheduling a one-on-one appointment or purchasing our Postpartum Jumpstart package prior to commencing regular group classes.
