After many years of dance and various other types of physical conditioning Carmen decided to teach group fitness classes when she was just 18 years old. She continued teaching various classes through college until she found her passion for yoga. Carmen traveled to India for her yoga teacher training and then decided to quit her job as a flight attendant to teach full time.

She instructs Pilates and Dance Baby Dance classes during the week, while the weekends keep her busy doing makeup for weddings or photo shoots. In her free time she loves to dance, travel and cook with her friends. These days she spends all of her free time with the loves of her life, her husband and 2 sweet girls. Carmen's classes will challenge your body and teach you to flow with your breath, while maintaining a strong focus on alignment.

Carmen's trainings and certifications include Balanced Body University for Reformer and Pilates Mat Training, prenatal Pilates training, National Yoga Alliance 200 HR RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher), Blooma Prenatal yoga teacher training, Yoga Alive RYT (for Hot Yoga), Barre training, YMCA Group Fitness Certification, CPR and First Aid certification, and Real Ryder Indoor Cycling certification.

With great music and tons of fun you will gain strength, flexibility and body awareness in Carmen's class.
