At Breathing Room, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to provide clarity for our clients.

Cancellation Policy: You can cancel a class without penalty if it's more than 12 hours before the start time. Cancelling within 12 hours results in a deduction of the prepaid class from your account.

No-Show Policy: If you miss your appointment or class without notice, you will be charged/deducted the full service fee.

Exceptional Circumstances: We understand emergencies happen. If you need an exception to the cancellation policy, please contact us to discuss options.
